I have 20 years of experience supporting clients who have struggled with traumatic experiences including domestic and sexual violence and in treating depression and anxiety. I use an eclectic approach to therapy incorporating a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Strengths-Based, Mindfulness, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
I provide high-quality interventions that produce results in a way that allows clients choices along the journey of healing. I will offer guidance to the change you are seeking while using the strengths you already possess.
